What is this?

This page plays repeated audio cues while you sleep. The idea is that you might hear the familiar sound inside a dream, recognize it as your lucid-dreaming signal, and realize that you're dreaming. Try practicing a reality check when you hear the cue while awake, so the sound becomes associated with questioning whether you are dreaming. This is an experiment, not a guaranteed way to induce lucid dreams.
